The Audemars Piguet [RE]Master02 Automatic 41mm Replica marks the return of a collection that Audemars Piguet launched in early 2020, designed to revive and remake some of the finer, long-forgotten timepieces in its vast inventory. It all started with the [RE]Master01.

The end result looks like something the original designer would have dreamed of – although to be fair, the soft edges and wobbly surfaces of vintage watches have a charm all their own that most cold and calculated 21st-century alternatives can’t replicate.
It’s seriously stylish and a far better choice than vivid yellow gold, historically incorrect rose gold or boring white gold. Hats off to the Audemars Piguet Replica Watches for finding a custom alloy that matches the mood so perfectly. The dial – and you’ll want to warm up to this one – is called “Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50”. Just don’t say that out loud at the dinner table if you want to continue to have real friends.
Odd-shaped watches are often prized by collectors because their unique designs require custom, or at least heavily modified, movements – some watchmakers are willing to go the extra mile, though.
